Employment Pre-Requisites

All applicants must provide proof that they meet the following list of qualifications at minimum. It is the right of SEBL to refuse employment of any applicant who does not meet these minimum requirements.

• You MUST have a fully functional cell phone and be willing to utilize the Workforce Application for tracking and submitting time.

• Be willing to complete a required Flagger certification; if applicable

• Demonstrate Sound knowledge of state traffic regulations upon completing Flagger certification.

• Be able to work in all weather conditions and tolerate varying climates of heat, cold, and rain.

• Be able to stand throughout your entire shift, hand and arm movement is required.

• Be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
